For the dough
- 1 kg flour
- 3/8 l of warm water
- Yeast
For the topping
- Tomato paste
- Pepper
- Mushrooms
- Feta cheese
- Salami
- Grated cheese
Preparation
- Knead a dough from the flour, the yeast and the water
- Leave covered Yeast dough for about 3 hours
- Roll out dough on sheets sprinkled with flour and cover it
- Baking at 200-220 degrees celcius in preheated oven for half an hour
