The Bundestag is not competent in this matter. The decision as to whether a minister remains in office or not is solely made by the Federal Chancellor. The Bundestag could execute political pressure, but it can not force the Federal Chancellor. Moreover not the Federal Chancellor dismisses the ministers, but the Federal President on the proposal of the Chancellor.
