This website "staatsrecht.honikel.de" (former known as "Staatsrecht for you") was created by Michael Honikel, Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH), lecturer in constitutional law at the Administration school Rhine Neckar. It was carefully developed, yet errors could not be excluded completely. Therefore a warranty for the correctness cannot be taken. The english part of the site is a translation of the german version. In case of differences the german version is decisive.
